Product runtime data: our products are self-hosted on your own servers by default. Your business data stays within your environment; we do not access or collect it.

Order and transaction records are retained for the periods required by tax and accounting laws; activation records for the duration of your license; website access logs only short-term for security auditing. Information beyond its retention period is deleted or anonymized.
