Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to perpetual-license digital products purchased through the Chaosm website. Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record, and refunds are executed by Paddle according to this policy.

2. Eligible for Full Refund

Within 14 days of payment, and the activation code has not been activated;

Duplicate or unauthorized charges (refunded upon verification, not subject to the 14-day limit);

The product has a defect that prevents normal use and our technical support cannot resolve it.

3. Not Eligible for Refund

The activation code has been activated and the product works normally (digital goods cannot be returned once delivered);

Requests beyond the 14-day refund window.

We recommend evaluating the free edition thoroughly before purchasing.

4. Refund Process

Email contact@chaosm.io with your payment email address and order number. We review requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned by Paddle via the original payment method; arrival time depends on your payment provider (typically 5-10 business days).

5. After a Refund Takes Effect

Once a refund is completed, the corresponding activation code is revoked. Continuing to use the product after a refund constitutes a breach of the license agreement.

6. Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect any consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country or region that cannot be excluded by agreement.
